At The Mind Spark, our teams are built around innovation, collaboration, and competitive excellence. We develop students into confident problem-solvers, leaders, and engineers through hands-on experience in VEX IQ and V5 Robotics competitions. From elementary beginners to advanced high school competitors, every team is guided through a structured pathway focused on engineering design, coding, strategy, teamwork, and leadership.
Our students compete at local, state, and world-class events while learning real-world STEM skills that extend far beyond robotics. With dedicated mentors, passionate parent coaches, and a strong culture of teamwork and sportsmanship, The Mind Spark creates an environment where students are challenged to think bigger, build smarter, and lead with confidence.

2025-26 VIQRC Season (Under Team Banner 96000)
Students from Team 96000 at The Mind Spark had an incredible season, earning a remarkable total of 31 awards across local, regional, and championship competitions. We are incredibly proud of the hard work, innovation, perseverance, and teamwork demonstrated by our students throughout the season.
A major milestone this year was having 8 The Mind Spark teams qualify for VEX IQ State Championships across both the Elementary and Middle School divisions, bringing home several prestigious awards along the way.

World Championship Highlights
The season culminated with both Wired Warriors and Aerodynamics qualifying for the prestigious VEX Robotics World Championship in St. Louis, Missouri. Competing against top teams from around the world, Team 96000A- Wired Warriors also earned the prestigious Amaze Award on the global stage.
This season reflects the passion, commitment, and growth of every student, mentor, parent coach, and supporter who helped make The Mind Spark community stronger than ever.

2025-26 V5RC Season (Under Team Banner 9061)
Our V5RC teams (#9061) at The Mind Spark had an incredible season filled with learning, resilience, perseverance, and growth. Throughout the season, our students faced challenges head-on, learned from setbacks, and continuously pushed themselves to improve as engineers, programmers, strategists, and teammates.
This season, The Mind Spark proudly fielded 2 Middle School teams and 3 High School teams, and all 5 teams qualified for the State Championship – a tremendous achievement that reflects the dedication and hard work our students invested throughout the year.

World Championship Highlights
Two of our V5RC teams (Aurora and Vortex) advanced to the global stage at the prestigious VEX Robotics World Championship.
Both teams proudly represented The Mind Spark and Pennsylvania East at the VEX V5 Robotics World Championship in St. Louis, competing against some of the best robotics teams from around the world.
Congratulations to all our V5RC students, mentors, parent coaches, and families for an unforgettable season filled with innovation, teamwork, resilience, and growth. We are incredibly proud of everything our teams accomplished this year and excited for what lies ahead.

Prior STEM experience or robotics knowledge is helpful, but not required. We provide all necessary training, guidance, and coaching playbooks to help you succeed as a mentor and team coach. Passion, commitment, and a willingness to support students are what matter most.
